Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SuperTool (mysupertool.app), operated by GullStack, Inc. ("GullStack", "we", "us"). By using SuperTool, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

SuperTool is a business management platform that provides CRM, scheduling, email integration, calendar sync, payment processing, loyalty programs, and other business tools. The platform integrates with third-party services including Google (Gmail, Calendar, Business Profile) and Stripe.

2. Account Registration

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use SuperTool. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information during registration.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SuperTool for any unlawful purpose.
• Send spam or unsolicited messages through the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the platform.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into SuperTool. We store and process your data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information, including data received from Google APIs.

5. Third-Party Integrations

SuperTool integrates with Google APIs (Gmail, Calendar, Business Profile) and Stripe for payment processing. By connecting these services, you authorize SuperTool to access and use data from those services as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke access at any time through the respective service's settings.

6. Payment Terms

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payment is processed through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

SuperTool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GullStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of SuperTool after changes constitutes acceptance.
